- Membership fee will be determined by the Managing Committee which will be endorsed by Managing Committee from time to time. Present Membership fees are given as under :- a) Govt. Members :- Rs. 25,000/- (Refundable) b) Entry Fee :- Rs. 3,000/- (Non Refundable) ** additional 18 % G.S.T. applicable on above fees.
- Payments for membership fees will be made by way of Crossed Cheque/ D.D. drawn in favor of Satara Club Forum or NEFT.
- Deposit of application form with membership fees does not automatically confirm the membership. Membership will be confirmed as per the procedure laid down in act XII of the rules, and after realization of the amount paid by cheque/ D.D.
- Membership covers only husband, wife and Children below 21 years of age.
- Member will be liable to pay Annual Maintenance Charges in advance of every financial year. AMC should be paid within in 60 days of every Financial Year Start as decided by the Governing Body from time to time. After that 10% Late fee will be levied.
- The Club will normally be open from 5.30A.M. to 10.30A.M. and from 4.30P.M. to 09.00P.M.
- Members are allowed to use facilities of the club. Each member is allowed to bring up to five guests at a time. Guest charges will be determined by the Managing Committee from time to time and on each separate matter/occasion.
- In the event of the dispute amongst the members or amongst the Managing Committee and membership, the decision of the Managing Committee will be final.
- The President of the club reserves the right to accept, suspend or terminate any membership without any reason.
- Membership will be cancelled without information in case if the dues are not paid in spite of sending three notices as decided by Managing Committee.
- Members will abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in bye-laws and that will be amended from time to time by the managing committee.
